Braise terms of use
2026-09-01
These Terms of Use (“ToU”) govern access to and use of the Braise website (the “Site”), published by THE BLUE HOUSE (SASU). The Site presents the Braise project and collects waitlist interest. No paid product purchase is completed on the Site at this stage.
By using the Site, you accept these ToU. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
1. Purpose
The ToU apply to the showcase and waitlist Site only. Future application terms, credit purchases and provider rules will be published before those features go live and may form separate agreements.
2. Access
Access to the Site is free and does not require an account. We aim for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance or force majeure may suspend access.
3. Waitlist
Submitting the waitlist form is optional. You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit unlawful content. We may invite participants in cohorts and may refuse or remove entries that appear abusive or fraudulent.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (texts, logos, design, trademarks, domain names, software) are protected and owned by the Publisher or licensed third parties. No reproduction or adaptation is allowed without prior written permission. “Braise” and related signs are distinctive signs of the Publisher.
5. External links
The Site may link to third-party resources. We do not control their content or practices.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not: attack or overload the Site; access non-public areas; scrape at scale outside ordinary search engines; infringe IP rights; or use the Site for illegal purposes.
7. Personal data
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. Subject to mandatory law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Site, nor for third-party services. These limits do not apply in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or mandatory warranties.
9. Product status
Braise is in closed beta. Features described on the Site (community compute, credits, provider payouts) may change before release. Marketing statements about capacity, privacy and economics follow the product principles: community providers can read the jobs they run; Compute Credits are the closed-beta reward instrument and are not money; money payouts open to every qualified provider when the network opens.
10. Changes
We may update the Site and these ToU. The update date appears above. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
French law applies. Consumer disputes follow consumer jurisdiction rules; B2B disputes relating to Site use are subject to the courts of Paris, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
